There are many qualities that set us apart from other caramel companies. For starters, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are 100% individual. We don’t just copy other companies. We have our own unique recipes that no one else can replicate. Some of those flavors include Apple Pie, Salted Caramel, Black Licorice, Butter Rum, Caramel Pecan, and so much more. Have you ever heard of those flavors of caramel anywhere else? We didn’t think so. We also have our own unique set of standards.
Mountainland Caramel Co. started in the family, and we have kept the business in the family since. We don’t plan on letting our recipes and our traditions get out to just anyone. We consider our caramel making ways like gold.
We are also very particular in how we make our caramels and the ingredients we use. We make every caramel by hand, so our batches are actually quite small which helps is better manage production and quality. We use no preservatives in our caramels. Everything is fresh! So fresh, that we recommend keeping caramels in the fridge if you’re going to have them for more than about three days. The final ingredient that we make sure we put into every batch is a good amount of love.
Our caramels aren’t made by a factory … our caramels are made by our family. And we want your family to enjoy them just as much as we do! So we make sure to put as much love and care as possible into each batch so that our customers can taste the difference in our caramels.
